Liya is very good at pronouncing new sounds at almost 15 months. It's so amazing to see her learn new words every day. This morning, she was calling for milk in Chinese and when I asked "E le ma?" she said 'E le'. hehe.

Thanksgiving miracle！

Liya从4个月开始吃手，吃得很凶。我试过mustard，大蒜都没管用。感恩节的时候和同事一起吃饭，一个同事说，她的手很脏，因为她吃手。不知道是不是Liya听懂了还是怎么了，回家后，她吃手的时候我一说， Liya 不吃手，她就把大拇哥从嘴里拿开。开始她还会过一会就想吃手，但到感恩节后一天的27号，晚上就不吃手睡觉了。现在完全不吃了。真是件很神奇的事情，Liya好像suddenly decided not to suck her thumb anymore。我原来老以为她吃手得吃到5，6岁呢，现在不担心了。在这里记录下来，以后讲给Liya听。

最近工作上巨忙，都没update blog。贴贴万圣节那天的照片吧。也是那天买了新车，呵呵，今年把大钱都花了，以后老巴实做月光族了。

现在照相很难，小妞太不老实，好不容易照到一个看镜头的。

Updates since one-year birthday

Liya's first kid's meal. Such big portion at Claim Jumper, which is ranked one of the top 10 family-oriented restaurants. Look at the cute little jumper bib from the restaurant! She had a great time eating the chicken nuggets on her birthday.

Look at my belly! I am 24.5lbs, 95% and 32 inches, above 95% at my one-year check up! Good job, mom!

Liuliu's mom gave Liya these nice hair bows and tasty moon-cakes!

一些update

为了纪念俺来美国十年，给自己花大钱败了个Bob Revolution Jogging Stroller。很爽，Liya也超喜欢。

奶奶来了，去了水族馆，看Liya骑鱼好精神吧，爸爸在背后躲着呢。

好朋友（认识18年喽）从Boston来，匆匆一面，Liya不太知道认生，家里来人特别高兴

一晃十年啦

8月20号是俺来美国的日子。昨天整整10年啦。想想这些年，每年都有点大事。

1999年8月20号：来米国洛杉矶

2000年：暑假回国3个月，去南方玩，年底又回国结婚。

2001年：暑假回国，前老公陪读来美。

2002年：好像没啥大事，前老公开始上学，我开始上另一个学位的课，哦，去了趟奥地利。

2003年：暑假回国，之后第一次婚姻破裂，过qualify。

2004年：去了趟德国，暑假回国，年底遇到吴农

2005年：我博士答辩，吴农毕业

2006年：我博士硕士双毕业，和吴农结婚，工作，换工作，中间还回国看俺娘一趟。

2007年：暑假回国，俺娘来住了半年，俺们努力造人

2008年：造人成功，Liya出生

2009年：Liya健康成长，俺35岁前买了房，搬家，申请了公民。

日子过得还是越来越红火滴，觉得遇到Scott以后事情顺利了好多。昨天婆婆来了，带来一些Scott小时候的照片，看这张：

俺6岁时候去北京照得照片，哈哈。手里拿的是海鸥洗发膏，土吧。

就是上面两个小孩后来有了这个小孩：

Liya已经23磅5oz了。爱吃妈妈做的蛋羹，爱吃yobaby，特别爱吃string cheese。

会扶着东西站起来，能cruise，别的方面不是很先进，妈妈教得东西太少，检讨一下。

10个月啦！

先祝贺胜兰顺利生下二宝其蒙！其蒙跟Liya差几乎正好10个月。看看Liya姐姐是不是显得很大，很成熟啦？

这张溜溜妈说象站在bar台上点drink，嘿嘿，可不能这么小就喝酒。还好是个口香糖盒子。

还很喜欢帮忙，帮着爸妈撑遮阳伞，当然都是撑好的了。

还是忘不掉啃东西，不过啃的动作含蓄些了。
