Big, big good news!

On the day that Kai turns 3 months, Scott received the letter that he is going to be promoted to Associate Professor. Big congratulations to Scott! Great job getting tenure! It looks like we are totally settled in Southern California. Now I can start looking for another bigger house, haha.
How to celebrate it, that's the question, as we just came back from SD. Maybe go to a Todai buffet and totally ruin the weight-loss plan?

    你这IDEA太不开阔了，庆祝不一定就是吃饭啊，出去血拼多好。买个好包包？

    恩，就是成associate professor了。对包包没啥兴趣啊。而且是庆祝他拿天牛，我买包包好像有点儿说不过去啊，不过军功章里确实有我的一半，说不定一大半，哈哈。
