1. 对妈妈耐心点。这次妈住了半年，是91年以来和妈妈在一起呆的时间最长的一次。也是因为妈妈到了一个对她来说全新的环境，我突然间发现妈妈真是老了， 老得让我frustrated and sad. 加在她和Scott中间，两个世界上最亲的人，我常常不知所措得乱发脾气。 想起来很后悔。
2. Help Jun find an ideal husband, with good dental care coverage. Jun是个聪明漂亮的小姑娘，根本不需要俺帮忙，这是个最容易实现的new year resolution 啦. 不放在这又怕她5555。
3. Stay in touch with old friends and 专心经营几个新朋友. 12月29号， 以前的一个朋友从北加过来，在中国城一个朋友家见面聊了一会，之后他们要去一个朋友家打牌。也可能他们觉得俺娘要走了，我肯定不能去，所以也没问我是否愿意去，我就开车回来了，心里有点失落。觉得没多长时间没见， 已经和他们有了距离。也怪我，没怎么跟他们打电话联络。自从嫁给Scott以后常常会有这种感觉，isolated from my culture, my Chinese friends. 有时也可能是自己多心， 有时也可能确实与我的interracial marriage 有关.

拉丝未加丝之行
今天凌晨老妈和老公都去了北京，俺也终于有空汇报一下乐。在拉丝未加丝基本应该说是在Excalibur， 因为几乎没出旅馆。我的大多数时间在poker room。 Excalibur是新手上桌的好地方。每天下午1点都有free poker class, 老师讲完以后，大家可以一人买20快钱的chips玩2-4limit， 我就从此对slot machine彻底失去了兴趣。Excalibur24号那天有promotion, four of a kind, royal flush 可以再spin the wheel. 俺非常幸运得拿了两次four of a kind，spin到100块。俺玩了三天最后的结果也就赢了这100块。Scott bet on football and basketball, both with big payoff, but he paid them back at the roulette tables. In spite of the loss, this is the trip to Vegas that I had the most fun. 像照得不多。上面这张是在旁边的Luxor照的。
